Regulation for the Use of Paid Demonstration Project Spaces at Hirafu Ski Resort Parking Lot #1
1. Name: Kutchan Town Hirafu Ski Resort Parking Lot #1 Pay-by-Parking Demonstration Project Spaces

◆In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.
(Conclusion of the Agreement)
Article 1: Any individual (hereinafter referred to as "User") who wishes to use the parking lot demonstration project area (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Area") shall agree to and abide by these regulations.
(Vehicles Permitted to Park)
Article 2: The vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "Vehicle") permitted to use the Project Area are as follows:

(Operation Hours)
Article 3: The operating hours for the Project Area shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily.
2. After 3:00 pm, the Project Area will be open to other users as a free zone. However, please note that the project area administrator will be unavailable after 3:00 pm.
3. The latest time for use on the same day is until 11:00 pm.
(Suspension of Operation, etc.)
Article 4: The project contractor or their designated representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Operator") may suspend the operation of the Project Area, in whole or in part, due to reasons such as snow conditions, inclement weather, or construction.
(Entry and Exit of the Project Area)
Article 5: Users must follow these conditions:
(1) Users must complete their reservations by the day before use. On the day of use, users must show their parking ticket to the demonstration project staff at the parking lot entrance gate.
(2) Parking fees must be paid when making the reservation.
(3) For full-day use, vehicles may freely enter and exit the parking lot during operating hours (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Users must show their parking ticket when entering and exiting.
(4) Users must park in designated parking spaces or in areas indicated by demonstration project staff.
(Cancellation of Project Area Reservations, etc.)
Article 6: Users can cancel their reservations until the day before the planned use date. In such cases, the Project Operator will refund the full parking fee paid by the User.
2. Cancellations on the day of use are not accepted. However, if all lifts and gondolas at Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort are closed all day due to inclement weather, etc., the parking fee will be refunded.
(Traffic within the Parking Lot)
Article 7: Individuals driving vehicles within the parking lot must adhere to the following rules:
(1) Speed must not exceed 8 kilometers per hour.
(2) Overtaking is prohibited.
(3) Follow the signage, instructions, and other guidelines provided by the management.
(4) Observe the road traffic regulations stipulated by other relevant laws.
(Denial of Parking)
Article 8: The Project Operator may deny the use of the Project Area if the User or the Vehicle attempting to park falls under any of the following criteria:
(1) The Vehicle is carrying flammable or combustible dangerous goods.
(2) There is a risk of damage to the facilities and equipment of the parking lot.
(3) There is a risk of obstructing the parking of other vehicles.
(4) The driver is under the influence of alcohol or poses a risk of harming public order or good morals.
(5) There are other circumstances that may hinder the management of the parking lot.
(Prohibited Acts)
Article 9: Users must not engage in the following behaviors within the parking lot:
(1) Obstructing the parking of other vehicles.
(2) Causing damage or contamination to the facilities, equipment, or other vehicles in the parking lot.
(3) Misuse of firearms.
(4) Engaging in acts that interfere with the operations of the Project Operator.
(Parking Fees)
Article 10: The parking fees shall be as follows:

(User's Liability for Damages)
Article 11: Users shall compensate the Project Operator or any other affected parties without delay for any damages caused to the facilities of the parking lot or other parked vehicles, whether intentionally or negligently.
(Exemption Clause)
Article 12: The Project Operator shall not be held liable for any damages to vehicles or Users, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Project Operator, arising from the following circumstances:
(1) Personal accidents or property damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
(2) Collisions, contacts, or other personal accidents or property damage within the parking lot caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Project Operator.
(3) Measures taken in accordance with Article 4.
