Reservable lots are now open at Niseko Hirafu #1 Parking Lot.

On December 2, the Hirafu ski resort was set to open, and everyone was excited.
A part of Hirafu #1 Parking Lot, which is directly in front of the NISEKO HIRAFU Ski Resort, will become reservation-accessible.

This reservable lot in a portion of Hirafu #1 Parking Lot will be compensated for as a demonstration project lot under the "Kutchan Town Hirafu Ski Area #1 Parking Lot Fee-Based Demonstration Project."
All other parking spaces will continue to be available on a first-come, first-served basis without charge.

We regret to inform you that as of February 29, 2023, the paid parking section at Niseko Hirafu First Parking Lot, which had been operational since December 16, 2023, ceased operations. We wish to extend our most sincere appreciation to the local community and all pertinent stakeholders for their substantial collaboration and assistance throughout the duration of this endeavor.

Furthermore, we wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to every single client who availed themselves of our services.

From 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., it is free to enter and leave.

How to use

  • From December 16, 2023, to February 29, 2024, this parking lot will be open.
  • From two weeks before the date of use until the day of use, reservations can only be made on a smartphone.
  • Parking charges

  • When making a reservation, please pay the parking fee and obtain a reserved ticket.
  • To park on the day of use, show the reserved ticket to the attendant at the lot's entrance.
  • From 8:00 to 15:00, you are free to come and go as you please (please show your reservation ticket each time).
  • Reservations are exclusively accessible via smartphone and not computer.
  • Lots that weren't reserved by the previous day will be free to park in. Because of this, there will be no reservations on the day of use.
  • The size of the vehicle that can be used is within 2.5m in width, 5m in length and 2.3m in height.
  • Parking fees are only payable through this website in advance. We accept PayPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards.
  • Parking is allowed in this lot from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., but no staff will be present.
  • Once the reserved person leaves the parking lot after 3:00 p.m., anyone can park there for free.
  • The Hirafu parking lot is open until 11:00 p.m.; parking is prohibited after that time due to snow removal operations.
  • You can cancel up to the day before. Fees are fully refundable.
  • Cancellation on the day of use is not allowed. As an exception, parking fees will be refunded only when all lifts and gondolas of Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort are closed for the entire day.
  • This demonstration project is based on the premise that customers using the ski resortReservations made on behalf of third parties or business use are prohibited.
  • You will receive a survey email after using this paid parking lot. We appreciate your cooperation.

Where do I go to book a reservation?

Users can only make reservations using their own smartphones.
You cannot make reservations using a computer. There is no reception desk or parking lot reservation available on-site.

How long do I have to use this parking lot?

Accessible on the day of use until 11 p.m.
However, if you leave after 3:00 p.m., the lot will be opened as a free parking lot; until 3:00 p.m. you are free to enter and leave the lot and your spot will be reserved (the attendant will not be available after 3:00 p.m.).

Is it possible for a business, like a hotel, to reserve parking for its staff or visitors?

This demonstration project is based on the premise that customers using the ski resort. Reservations made on behalf of third parties or business use are prohibited.
