Reservable lots are now open at Niseko Hirafu #1 Parking Lot.

A paid parking section with advance reservation system will open on December 21 at the Municipal Parking Lot #1, located directly in front of Niseko TOKYU GRAND HIRAFU Ski Resort.
This reservable section is established as part of the "Kutchan Town Hirafu Ski Resort Parking Lot #1 Paid Parking Demonstration Project," where a portion of Parking Lot #1 will be designated as a paid demonstration area.
All other parking spaces in the lot will remain free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis, as before.


There will be 20 paid reserved spaces available near the Hirafu #1 Parking Lot entrance.
All other parking spaces will continue to be available on a first-come, first-served basis without charge.

Parking fees

We are offering hourly parking tickets in addition to full-day passes.

Full day: ¥5,000
Hourly rate: ¥1,000 /hour

December 21, 2024 - January 5, 2025
All fees include tax.

Full day: ¥3,000
Hourly rate: ¥600 /hour

January 6, 2025 - February 28, 2025
All fees include tax.

From 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., it is free to enter and leave.

How to use

  • From December 16, 2023, to February 29, 2024, this parking lot will be open.
  • From two weeks before the date of use until the day of use, reservations can only be made on a smartphone.
  • Parking charges
December 21, 2024 - January 5, 2025 Full day: ¥5,000
Hourly rate: ¥1,000/hour
January 6, 2025 - February 28, 2025 Full day: ¥3,000
Hourly rate: ¥600/hour
All prices include tax.
  • When making a reservation, please pay the parking fee and obtain a reserved ticket.
  • To park on the day of use, show the reserved ticket to the attendant at the lot's entrance.
  • From 8:00 to 15:00, you are free to come and go as you please (please show your reservation ticket each time).
  • Reservations can only be made through smartphones. Computer reservations are not available.
  • Same-day parking passes will be available for demonstration project spaces that remain unreserved by the previous day. → Click here for details.
  • The size of the vehicle that can be used is within 2.5m in width, 5m in length and 2.3m in height.
  • Advance reservations: Payment accepted via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPay. Cash not accepted.
  • Same-day payment: Credit cards only(VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club accepted), Cash not accepted.
  • Parking is allowed in this lot from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., but no staff will be present.
  • Once the reserved person leaves the parking lot after 3:00 p.m., anyone can park there for free.
  • Both the demonstration project area and free parking spaces are available until 11:00 p.m. Parking after this time is strictly prohibited as it interferes with snow removal operations.
  • You can cancel up to the day before. Fees are fully refundable.
  • Cancellation on the day of use is not allowed. As an exception, parking fees will be refunded only when all lifts and gondolas of Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort are closed for the entire day.
  • This demonstration project parking area is intended for ski resort customers only. Commercial use is not permitted.

Where do I go to book a reservation?

Users can only make reservations through their own smartphones.
Computer reservations are not available. No on-site reservations are available.

How long do I have to use this parking lot?

Accessible on the day of use until 11 p.m. on the day of use.
However, if you leave after 3:00 p.m., that space becomes available as free parking.
Until 3:00 p.m., you are free to enter and leave, and your space is guaranteed (please note that staff will not be present after 3:00 p.m.).

Can I make a same-day reservation?

Same-day parking passes will be available for spaces that remain unreserved by the previous day.

  • Same-day passes cannot be purchased on this website. They are only available on-site.
  • Same-day sales begin 2 hours before opening.
  • Same-day passes must also be applied for and paid via smartphone; cash payments are not accepted.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not available for same-day passes.
  • Receipts cannot be issued on-site.

Can accommodation facilities or businesses reserve parking spaces for their staff or guests?

This demonstration project is intended for individual ski resort customers only.
Business-use reservations are prohibited. However, for this season only, accommodation providers may make reservations on behalf of their guests. Please contact us by 4:00 p.m. two days before your intended use date for payment arrangements.
